Please fill out the rental application below (for every person over the age of 18), which must be accompanied with a copy of your driver’s license. There is a non refundable application fee of $40, payable by money order or cashier’s check. Your approval, based on your credit history, rental history and current income, will be left to the owner’s discretion. Pets are permitted only at the owner’s discretion and an additional security deposit will be required.
